The usual cause in an AI-built app
AI-generated trigger functions, such as one that creates a profile after sign-up, often write profiles instead of public.profiles. When the function runs with a different search path, the bare table name no longer resolves.
Check this first
Open the SQL of the function, trigger or query that failed and check that the table is written with its schema, for example public.profiles, and with the exact same letter case.
