The usual cause in an AI-built app
Apps from Lovable, Bolt and similar tools are often single-page Vite apps. Vercel serves the home page, but refreshing or opening a link like /dashboard returns 404 because no rewrite sends that path to index.html.
Check this first
Check whether your project has a vercel.json with a rewrite that sends all paths to /index.html, as Vercel's Vite guide describes for single-page apps.
