What it means
The request asked for exactly one row, but the query returned zero rows or more than one, so the API answered with HTTP 406. The details field says how many, for example "The result contains 0 rows".
The usual cause in an AI-built app
AI-written code often ends a lookup with .single(), for example to load the signed-in user's profile. When that row was never created, or a row level security policy hides it, the query returns 0 rows and fails.
